My Wireless is a fast growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain AT&T products.

You'll engage with customers, guide them through the buying process, and pursue personal and team sales goals in a dynamic, energetic environment. The role includes base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours incl. evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience prospecting via outbound calls preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the US with a HS diploma or equivalent.
