Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket's largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Baton Rouge, LA. You will deliver exceptional customer service, uncover needs, and tailor wireless solutions for customers.

The role offers unlimited earnings through commissions, with training and a defined career path into leadership. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work at multiple locations within a district, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages; English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, attitude and aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and able to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and tailoring solutions.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
• Events may require notice and are considered part of employment duties.
