Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force of our store, leading a sales team to achieve goals, deliver excellent customer service, and increase profitability. You will coach, mentor, and lead by example in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment. Your role involves community engagement, fostering innovation, and making a tangible impact daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive store success by increasing profits and meeting sales targets
  • Lead and motivate your team to perform at their best
  • Recruit, hire, and develop staff, making tough decisions when necessary
  • Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and compliance
  • Lead by example through role-plays and hands-on coaching
  • Support transactions and create memorable customer experiences
  • Partner with trainers to onboard and train new employees
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Ensure seamless communication within the Alliance Mobile community
  • Work 45-50 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales management experience with team leadership skills
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with enthusiasm
  • Comfortable with technology, including computers and wireless devices
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
