Compensation: Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Reps for Spiked Wireless can make between $18-$25 per hour with base pay and commissions earned on all personal sales. Full-Time employees also receive additional benefits.

Your daily activities as a Sales Rep include:

• Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and asking questions.
• Exceeding sales goals by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Participating in marketing efforts like outbound calls and community outreach.
• Working as part of a team, being open to learning, and treating customers and coworkers with respect.
• Assisting with store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Staying knowledgeable about products and features.
• Being dependable, punctual, professional, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years sales experience preferred, especially in wireless telecom.
• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Energetic, confident, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work with others.
• Friendly and helpful personality.
• Good decision-making skills, quick thinking.
• Willing to be coached and coach others.
• Bilingual skills a plus!
• Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
