Spiked Wireless Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 3832 River Road N. This role offers compensation up to $18.00 per hour plus commissions, with full-time employees receiving additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in wireless/telecom.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional, energetic, optimistic and confident with a winning attitude.
• Ability to multi-task and work with teammates.
• Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly.
• Good decision-making and quick thinking.
• Be coachable and willing to coach others.
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish).
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States; reliable transportation; willing to undergo background check.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Approach every customer with the goal of understanding their needs by asking questions and listening.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones; perform well on quality metrics.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business (outbound calls, community outreach, brand promotion).
• Be a team player, open to learning, and treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• Assist in opening/closing store, cash handling, inventory counts and deposits per operations standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidence in what is being sold, using management tools.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand and meet with our amazing customers and guide them through the phone and accessory buying process. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep for Spiked Wireless, your day-to-day activities will be:

• Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
• Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Being a team player and be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
• Working with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Being professionalism and confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.
• Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on-time every day, not bringing personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store.

To be considered for the position of a Metro by- T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep, Spike Wireless is looking for:

• 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunication industry
• At minimum a high school diploma or GED
