Job summary

Wisdomtree Associates seeks a Total Wireless Retail Sales Associate in Los Angeles to educate customers, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding wireless retail experience. The role emphasizes outbound customer engagement, training, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced store environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in wireless retail, strong communication skills, and is able to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales track record.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Total Wireless products and services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist the Store Manager and the team as directed.
• Complete required trainings as directed by Gen 7 Network and Total Wireless.
