Qualificações

• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin required.
• Self-starter, problem solver and goal-oriented team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and financial planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, build and deepen relationships to gain incremental wallet share of the affluent and High Net Worth segment with financial planning and profiling skills.
• Anticipate complex financial needs and offer solutions across products and tools based on client profiling.
• With product specialists, recognize and address banking, credit and investment needs for holistic solutions.
• Provide regular value-added engagement with clients through high-touch meetings and ongoing communication.
• Master referral opportunities to grow portfolio and expand high-value client relationships.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners and coordinate with branch team for positive client experiences.
• Organize client events to strengthen client bonding.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory procedures.
