Skillforce in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Bilingual Waterproofing Lead Foreman to join our team. The role manages crews applying and inspecting waterproofing and sealant systems on commercial projects; travel nationwide with lodging provided.

The position offers compensation up to $25 per hour, 40+ hours per week, and benefits including a company vehicle, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and lodging plus $30/day per diem when traveling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of waterproofing/caulking or related construction experience, supervisory preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sealant, coating, and barrier systems.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Ability to travel extensively (home on weekends).
• Speak and understand English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews in installation of waterproofing systems, damp proofing, joint sealants, protective coatings, expansion joints, and related applications.
• Perform epoxy crack injection and concrete repair work.
• Inspect projects for leaks or failures and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Enforce job site safety protocols.
