Job summary

Gosincro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift in our Glendale Heights 3PL warehouse. You will oversee warehouse associates, ensure quality and safety, drive productivity, and manage timecards and attendance through Paylocity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a supervisor, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and can coach staff while meeting daily production and accuracy targets. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience as Supervisor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, organization and multitasking skills.
• Dangerous Goods/Prohibited Goods or battery inspection experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee sorting, receiving, inspection, storage, fulfillment, and shipping of inventory.
• Ensure 100% compliance with inspection standards for prohibited/restricted items and safety regulations.
• Schedule team members based on carrier volume; approve overtime as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment and train staff on procedures.
