Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• High School or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse systems knowledge or warehouse operations experience.
• Fast and efficient typing.
• Proficient with Excel.
• AS400/NCR Systems is a plus.
• Computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Must be able to work in cold warehouse environments.
• Ability to work any shift.

• Attend and distribute specialized reports to all levels of employees.
• Ensure shift closing procedures are followed and documented.
• Track disciplinary actions and communicate outcomes.
• Lead efforts to increase productivity, accuracy and warehouse quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
