Job summary

Prime Meats LLC is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Shipping Clerk for the night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Sunday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipping activities and ensuring compliance with production needs.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Logistics background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible in handling various tasks in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Review worksheets and adjust activities according to production needs.
• Conduct monthly random sample checks for USPA SAMPLES REGULATIONS.
• Verify pallet quantities and weights.
• Assist manager with special projects.
• Close work orders and adjust them in the system.
• Assist with documents and plans using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of worksheets, coordination, and adjustment of activities according to production needs.
• Random samples one time of the month for USPA SAMPLES REGULATIONS.
• Check and verify that the pallet quantity and weight are correct.
• Help manager with special projects
• Close work orders and adjust them in the system.
• Assisting with documents and plans using (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Also assist production needs, for example: labels and gloves
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask/Flexible.
• Team-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
