Job summary

Prime Meats is seeking a temporary night shift coordinator in Richmond, VA to support production operations. The role involves reviewing worksheets, coordinating tasks, and ensuring accurate pallet quantities and weights while assisting with documentation and system updates.

This 3-month assignment runs Sunday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM with alternating Saturdays, offering paid training, health benefits, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP.
• Effective communicator with good teamwork.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review worksheets, coordinate and adjust activities per production needs.
• Perform random monthly samples per USPA samples regulations.
• Verify pallet quantity and weight accuracy.
• Assist manager with special projects.
• Close work orders and update in the system.

Temporary position (3 months)

Night Shift

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Sunday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of worksheets, coordination, and adjustment of activities according to production needs.
• Random samples one time of the month for USPA SAMPLES REGULATIONS.
• Check and verify that the pallet quantity and weight are correct.
• Help manager with special projects.
• Close work orders and adjust them in the system.
• Assisting with documents and plans using (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Also assist production needs, for example: labels and gloves.

Requirements & skills:

• Bilingual- Spanish & English preferred.
• Microsoft exp- Excel, SAP
• Effective communicator.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask/Flexible.
• Team-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Warehouse/Logistics background preferred.
