Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and team members within Picking and DC Inventory Control.
• Coordinate daily work activities to support the timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
• Maintain inventory integrity through ongoing warehouse adjustments and corrective actions as needed.
• Replenish, put away, and slot products efficiently to increase product availability and support order fulfillment operations.
• Maintain open communication through multiple channels, including email and Teams, with cross-functional departments.
• Establish and sustain a continuous improvement culture aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate Lean activities and Daily Management practices, including 6S audits.
• Lead Lean initiatives through coaching on Lean tools and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly department and individual KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to reduce injuries and property damage.
• Maintain a safe working environment through employee training and housekeeping standards.
• Engage and motivate employees through daily communication and regular reviews.
