Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our operations team as a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, problem solving, and creating a safe workplace, then this is the job for you. Shifts Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., starting pay $21.0 per hour. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish with 4+ years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or janitorial operations, plus OSHA

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10 Hour OSHA general industry certification.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift certification.
• 4+ years supervisory experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience communicating with internal/external customers and employees.
• HR processes experience including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and develop staff with safety as priority and incident reporting.
• Coordinate daily operations with team and shifts, resolving deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads and daily schedules.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Implement machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory with proper PPE.
