Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in a full‑time role in Clovis, NM. You will supervise janitorial operations, manage budgets and staffing, ensure safety, and coordinate 3 shifts with training and policy compliance.

The position requires bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA certifications, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience in distribution or building maintenance. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10‑Hour OSHA certification training for general industry.
• OSHA Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions.
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff; setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority and committing to timely incident reporting procedures.
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Maintains coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads, confirming daily schedules.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed.
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory, ensuring employee safety and use of proper PPE.

Shifts Available

Mon. – Fri. 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Times vary in peak season)

Starting Pay: $17.0 per hour
