Job summary

Shipfusion Inc. in North Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse activities, including packing, picking, and shipping, and to serve as a bridge between associates and leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication with associates, loaders, and leads.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular walkthroughs of pack lines, pick side, and shipping areas to confirm processes are followed.
• Serve as the point of contact with shift leads to identify priorities and provide updates.
• Monitor productivity and step in to assist with problem-solving on the warehouse floor.
• Coordinate with loaders to ensure boxes are divided by ship-via and trailers are closed.
• Oversee the preparation of FedEx Express orders for timely pickup.
• Verify system reviews are checked and processed multiple times during the shift.
• Monitor and track SLA orders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure safety standards are completed by packers and pickers at shift end.
• Verify doors are closed and trailers are ready for carrier pickup.
