Job summary

YQN in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Manager – Large Item Operations to oversee a 300,000-square-foot facility in Flanders, handling large and bulky products. You will lead a team of 30–80 people, drive safety, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment while coordinating with HR, transportation and customer service.

The full-time, on-site role offers a commuting allowance and potential work visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and managing large-item operations.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations for large items, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Lead 30–80 employees, including direct staff and temporary labor.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and attendance.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of oversized products.
• Monitor KPIs like productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety.
• Run daily meetings and enforce SOPs and safety rules.
• Coordinate with HR, staffing agencies, transportation, and customer service.
• Prepare operational reports and identify efficiency gains.
