Job summary

Innovative Facility Services seeks a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead operations across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise janitorial staff, manage schedules, and drive safety and process compliance.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, OSHA 10 certification, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience in janitorial or related facilities. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment with IFS.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experienced with application of human resources processes, including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions.
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff with clear expectations and employee safety as a priority.
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads and confirming daily schedules.
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed.
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensuring employee safety and proper PPE.
