Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Richardson, TX. This full-time role supports a fast-paced operations team with a 6am-2pm shift and a starting pay of $17.30 per hour, offering growth and stability in a large facility services company.

You will oversee labor, budgeting, safety training, and daily scheduling across 3 shifts, ensuring compliance and timely incident reporting while promoting a safe workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience with application of human resources process and procedures, including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff with clear expectations prioritizing employee safety
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensuring employee safety and use of proper PPE

Starting Pay: $17.3

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements for our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
