Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in Oklahoma City is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager for evening shifts. You will lead janitorial operations, manage budgets, labor, and safety across three shifts, ensuring timely incident reporting and staff development.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with at least four years of supervisory experience in janitorial or distribution environments and holds OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our operations team as a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager. Shifts Available

Monday - Friday, 6pm - 2:30am

Starting Pay: $19.5 per hour

Responsibilities

Requirements For Our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
