The position demands English/Spanish bilingual ability, OSHA 10 certification, forklift and scissor lift credentials, and 4+ years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10-hour general industry certification.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience with human resources processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure proper training for personnel and emphasize employee safety.
• Coordinate daily operations with shift leads and maintain 3-shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety programs.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and enforce PPE usage.
