Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager for our Downers Grove, IL site. This full-time role handles operational leadership across three shifts with a focus on safety, budgeting, and staff development.

Responsibilities include supervising janitorial teams, directing training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and PPE standards. English/Spanish bilingual required, with 10-hour OSHA general industry and forklift/scissor lift certifications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership in DC/janitorial.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers.
• Experience applying HR processes (staffing, performance, disciplinary actions).
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operating budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in their roles.
• Monitor safety and incident reporting with focus on employee well-being.
• Coordinate with shifts to maintain 3-shift coverage and schedules.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Oversee use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and inventory with PPE compliance.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity to join our operations team as a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager. Shifts Available

• 7:00am-3:30pm Monday to Friday
• 7:00pm-3:30am Monday to Friday

Starting Pay: $18.8 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements For Our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
