Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Michigan to oversee janitorial operations across multiple shifts, ensure safety, and manage budget and staffing.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, OSHA 10, forklift certifications, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience in distribution or building maintenance; we offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10-hour certification for general industry.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions.
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff with safety as a priority.
• Collaborates with team to coordinate and execute daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Maintains coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating with shift leads and confirming daily schedules.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Implements machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensuring employee safety and proper PPE.

Shifts Available:

Bilingual Supervisor M-F 8hrs shift

Starting Pay: $17.0

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization

• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements for our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
