Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, labor planning, and cost optimization for janitorial ops.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel and safety compliance.
• Measure performance and provide feedback; enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate daily operations across 3 shifts and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain schedules with shift leads and ensure adherence to policies.
• Implement safety programs including forklift training; manage chemicals and PPE.

Shifts Available:

Wednesday to Saturday 6am to 5pm

Wednesday to Saturday 7pm to 5am

Sunday to Wednesday 6am to 5pm

Sunday to Wednesday 7pm to 5am

Starting Pay: $19.0

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements for our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
