Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead janitorial ops, manage budgets, and ensure safety across three shifts in Joliet. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, OSHA 10, and forklift certification, with a minimum of four years in supervisory roles.

Starting pay is $18.80 per hour, full-time, with benefits including PTO, holidays, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification required.
• Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification required.
• 4+ years supervisory experience in distribution, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Experience in janitorial operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial operations and personnel across shifts.
• Manage budgets, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Ensure safety training and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Schedule coverage for all three shifts with shift leads.
