Blue Ocean Inc. in Irving, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound operations. You will receive and inspect shipments, operate forklifts, stock inventory, and pack orders.

Team collaboration and safety adherence are essential. Candidates should have 1–2 years warehouse experience, be bilingual in English and Chinese, and possess basic computer skills. Forklift certification preferred.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and Chinese.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow company policies and SOPs.
• Team coordination across warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and over 50 lbs with assistance.

Mansioni

• Receive, inspect, count, and register inbound shipments accurately.
• Safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to load/unload and move products.
• Sort, stock, replenish, and organize inventory per procedures and locations.
• Follow work orders to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Perform outbound shipping duties, package items, verify orders, apply labels.
• Use warehouse systems to enter data, update inventory, and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per safety policies.
• Support inbound and outbound operations and assist as needed.
