Job summary

CoWorx in Bolton, MA is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate daily shipping and robust inventory control. You will read orders, pick items, and record shipment details while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

You will monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift boxes weighing 50 pounds or more and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse software is preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately read sales orders prior to packaging products and ensure sales order numbers are clearly recorded on the outside of each box.
• Pick products for all sales orders while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Update inventory count sheets for products stored on pallets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor box inventory levels and stock packaging materials as needed.
• Prepare packing materials daily or as required to support shipping operations.
• Utilize and navigate internal computer software to process orders, track inventory, and complete required documentation.
• Report inventory discrepancies and variances to the Order Control team promptly.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams and operations personnel to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Assist the shipping department with end-of-day activities, including boxing orders and loading outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities:

This Warehouse Associate has a variety of jobs within the department to make sure that all orders are shipped accurately daily.
Additional responsibilities for this role include monitoring stock levels of materials, database entry, internal customer contact, and strong communications and organizational skills

• Update inventory count sheets for products stored on pallets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor box inventory levels and stock packaging materials as needed.

• Ability to perform physical activities including bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting throughout the shift.
• Ability to unload large containers safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize physical items onto pallets according to established procedures.
• Group and stage items accurately on pallets, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Use manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels of shipping and packaging supplies.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English; Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
