Job summary

MF Professional Services (MFPS) seeks Bilingual Electoral Canvassers to support voter outreach and GOTV efforts, engaging with Latino communities door-to-door and at events. You will educate on voting, assist with registration and registration-related tasks, and record canvassing results using VAN and AI tools.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong tech skills and a collaborative, punctual, team-driven mindset for a temporary field role in Raleigh and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn smartphones, tablets, mobile apps and AI tools.
• Willingness to participate in an AI pilot and provide feedback.
• Previous canvassing, voter outreach or public-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods, businesses, community locations and events.
• Communicate effectively with community members in English and Spanish.
• Engage voters using approved scripts and materials.
• Educate on voting, registration, and GOTV activities.
• Collect and record voter-contact information and canvassing results.
• Use VAN, MiniVAN, mobile apps and AI-supported tools for outreach.
• Participate in AI pilot training, testing and feedback.
• Follow schedules, turf, reporting requirements and safety procedures.
• Protect voter information and data security; collaborate with team.
