We’re hiring Bilingual Voter Clerks to support voter registration and election services at the Harris County Administration Building in Downtown Houston. If you speak Vietnamese and are committed to public service, this is your chance to help ensure every voice in our community is heard.

Position Overview:

Role: Bilingual Voter Clerk
Duration: March 17, 2025 – May 31, 2025
Pay: $15 per hour / Weekly Pay
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed
Location: Downtown Houston

What You’ll Do:

• Review and process Voter Registration Applications and documents.
• Generate official Voter Registration Certificates.
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist the public with registration questions.
• Process phone and mail-in voter requests.
• Provide accurate election information, including polling locations and voting dates.
• Prepare and organize incoming mail for imaging and data processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in customer service and data entry.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese (required).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
