Job summary

Delfina is hiring a full-time bilingual Registered Dietitian and Lactation Consultant for a 100% virtual role focused on pregnancy and postpartum care. The role blends direct patient care with developing clinical protocols and plans to expand licensure across states.

The ideal candidate holds RD/RDN credentials, IBCLC, and multi-state licensure readiness, with experience in pregnancy nutrition and diabetes management. Remote work with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Active IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant).
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses as Delfina expands.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide perinatal nutrition and lactation care via telehealth (video, phone, app).
• Develop and maintain nutrition and lactation protocols for virtual care.
• Lead group education and lactation support sessions.
• Assist in expanding multi-state licensure and support other dietitians and lactation consultants.
