Role Overview

Apply doctoral-level psychology expertise in Vietnamese and English to improve AI systems through rigorous case analysis, culturally informed scenario development, and evaluation of model-generated content. This remote contract role focuses on bringing real-world clinical and academic judgment to psychological training materials and assessments. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze psychological case studies and documentation, providing nuanced, professionally grounded feedback.
• Create culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Vietnamese and English for training-data enrichment.
• Assess AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Interpret and refine psychological assessments across both languages while preserving cultural and linguistic fidelity.
• Work with interdisciplinary collaborators to develop effective, holistic solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation methods and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology, with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
• Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and assessments.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, sound ethical judgment, and cultural sensitivity in multicultural settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey nuanced psychological concepts between Vietnamese and English.
• Comfort using digital tools for remote collaboration and documentation.

Work Terms

Remote, independent-contractor engagement.

Compensation

$100 to $200 per hour.
