Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Vietnamese is required.
• Experience in business-to-business sales and/or small business banking is expected.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence clients and manage end-to-end experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial guidance aligned with client goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships using bank capabilities.
• Analyze client needs and suggest borrowing/banking options to meet priorities.
• Conduct outreach, pipeline management, and follow-ups to meet client needs.
• Make decisions on client requests and refer to internal partners as needed.
• Coach associates to deliver exceptional client experiences.
