Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese Psychologist (PhD) to remotely review Vietnamese generalist evaluation prompts and responses against AuraOne's rubric. This is a contract role with remote US eligibility and hourly pay after the interview.

You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback to help retrain the model. Strong attention to detail and experience applying rubrics across long batches are required; 10 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating Vietnamese generalist outputs against rubrics.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across large batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming rubric clauses and issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Vietnamese generalist outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer scores against gold standards weekly.
• Document recurring failures for model improvement.
