  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the packing process, report discrepancies, and document findings.
  • Labeling and Coding: Apply labels, barcodes, and expiration dates per specifications.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on conveyor belts and packing systems.
  • Inventory Control: Track packing supplies and verify quality/quantity of incoming produce and materials.
  • Collaboration and Development: Assist in onboarding and training of new team members.

  • Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor the packing process to uphold quality standards, promptly reporting any discrepancies or defects, and maintaining precise documentation of findings.
  • Labeling and Coding: Accurately apply company-specific labels, barcodes, and expiration dates to all packaged goods in compliance with specifications.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on conveyor belts, automated packing systems, and related equipment, ensuring all machinery remains clean and sanitary.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and track the usage of packing supplies, including boxes, tape, and labels, while verifying the quality and quantity of incoming produce and materials.
  • Collaboration and Development: Work closely with packers, quality control inspectors, and supervisors, while actively assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members.
