Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Salina seeks a reliable Universal Banker who blends teller, personal banking, and outstanding customer service. You’ll handle accounts, process transactions, and introduce customers to banking solutions to grow our branch business.

Qualified candidates have strong cash handling and service skills, are bilingual in Spanish preferred, and are eager to train and learn in a community-focused environment. This is a full-time, 40-hour weekly position at the Salina S 9th branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Banking experience not required—we will train.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Customer service experience is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with focus on sales and service to new and existing customers within the branch, including cash transactions and account openings/updates.
• Provide information on promotions, contests, and new account options to customers.
• Meet/exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Help customers with questions and requests during branch visits and over the phone.
