Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; willingness to learn and train.
• WILL TRAIN; banking experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-service banking with emphasis on sales and service to new and existing customers in-branch; handle cash transactions and open/update accounts.
• Identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and branch targets.
• Provide information on promotions, contests, and new account options.
