Job summary

Team Focus Insurance Group seeks a bilingual Underwriter for Personal Lines to review applications, assess risk, and determine coverage and pricing. This remote USA role requires 3–5 years of Personal Lines underwriting experience and an active 2-20 or 4-40 license (CPCU/CIC preferred).

Work hours are 8–5 or 9–6 ET. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus strong benefits. You will support agents, process endorsements, and stay compliant with underwriting guidelines while pursuing ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Personal Lines underwriting experience.
• Active 2-20 or 4-40 license; CPCU or CIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for Personal Lines to determine eligibility and pricing.
• Provide agent/client support on policy forms, endorsements, and submissions.
• Process cancellations, reinstatements, and endorsements per standards.
