Job summary

Sunstate Equipment - Trench Division is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Regional Safety & Compliance Trainer to lead the delivery and growth of trench safety training across the region. This hybrid role blends safety leadership, instructional design, and regional business development to expand fee-based training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in trench/construction safety, strong OSHA knowledge, and fluent English/Spanish with the ability to translate technical terms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in trench or construction safety
• Strong knowledge of trench safety systems and OSHA regulations
• Full fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to translate technical terms
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Develop, market, sell and deliver Sunstate’s fee-based safety training programs
• Prospect and grow training opportunities within the region
• Coordinate class scheduling, materials, and learner communications
• Partner with Sales and Operations to support revenue growth and regulatory compliance
• Maintain training records, certifications, and reports
