$28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Job Description

Looking for an experienced, Bilingual (Spanish Speaking), friendly Treatment Coordinator for our state-of-the-art multi-specialty dental practice located in North Hollywood. Minimum 5 years of Treatment Coordinator experience with strong sales skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Educate patients and families on treatment options, procedures, and oral health maintenance, ensuring they understand their choices.
2. Familiar with Ortho, Perio, Endo, OS, and Pedo is a plus.
3. Coordinate and present financials; arrange third-party financing.
4. Follow up on authorizations.
5. Review patient charts.
6. Follow up with pending treatment.
7. Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth and organized patient care.

We are a multi-specialty practice with competitive pay and plenty of room for growth. We offer a career, not just a job! Must be available to work Mon-Fri 10-7, 9-6. No weekends. Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus! Knowledge of Dentical and PPO insurance is also beneficial.
