Travel Leasing Specialist
Are you looking for an exciting career? Do you love to travel? We are currently seeking Leasing Specialists to join the CLASS team.
A career as a CLASS Leasing Specialist is a unique and exciting experience. We are a company specializing in the multi-family housing industry and provide services in consulting, leasing, marketing, and training.
Based in Atlanta, we work with clients all over the United States with the goal of providing apartment vacancy solutions in their apartment communities. A CLASS Leasing Specialist is given the opportunity to travel the nation helping owners develop and implement leasing and marketing plans on their properties. We assign Leasing Specialists to different communities where they will act as leasing professionals and lease apartments for approximately 35 to 45 consecutive days — after which they receive a two-week paid vacation between assignments. Our Leasing Specialists serve as top-quality property management solutions providers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel 30-50 days at a time
- Ability to conduct tours and walk up to 3 miles per day
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- No experience in Leasing or Real Estate industry required

Training
Each CLASS Leasing Specialist completes a rigorous training program at our Atlanta office and gains sales and marketing skills necessary to lease at any property. We provide continuous training, updated marketing ideas, and access to industry resources.
Travel
Leasing Specialists enjoy opportunities to travel across the U.S. with expenses like airfare, rental car, apartment, and per diem covered.
