The role involves installing and maintaining wireless systems on cell sites and towers while traveling for several weeks at a time. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least one year of experience, and possess relevant safety certifications. Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and antenna alignment tools.
• Certified in OSHA 10, RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, Comtrain (or equivalent), NWSA TT1 or TT2.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer literacy for time tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain wireless systems on towers and rooftops.
• Participate in safety meetings and job planning.
• Identify and mitigate on-site safety hazards.
• Complete daily reports and maintain company equipment.
• Support accident reporting and corrective actions.
