Job summary

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is seeking a Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish) to provide high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services in a collaborative outpatient setting. The role is full-time (40 hours) split between the Dixon office and on-site at Sister Carmen Community Center.

You will work with a diverse client population, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and apply evidence-based practices. Availability until 7:00 p.m. two days/week is required.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
• One or more years experience in a clinical environment
• Passionate advocate for clients and families who have experienced oppression or discrimination
• Within24months acquire full license of LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT
• Collaborative, and client centered experience
• Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, TF-CBT, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services to a diverse client population
• Work closely with community partners and interdisciplinary team members to increase access to behavioral health services
• Support ongoing use of evidence-based practices such as MI, SFBT, TF-CBT, DBT, AF-CBT, Play Therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches
• Value clinician well-being with flexible scheduling and a trauma-informed organizational culture
• Availability to work until 7:00 p.m. a minimum of two days per week

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Therapist (English/Spanish) to provide high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services to a diverse client population. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that is split between our Dixon office and an on-site, co-located setting at Sister Carmen Community Center. The therapist will work closely with community partners and interdisciplinary team members to increase access to behavioral health services and support the unique needs of the communities we serve.

Compensation

$54,763 - 76,968.32 salary. The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
