Job summary

The Connection Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Therapist to join the CTPSB (Forensic Program) in Middletown, CT.

This full-time role provides outpatient treatment to individuals with a history of problem sexual behavior, delivering services in English and Spanish. The successful candidate will collaborate with CTPSB staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients in the community, and must hold a master's degree in counseling or social work and be eligible for licensure (LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work is required.
• Eligible for licensure as LMSW, LPCA, MFTA or higher.
• 2 years of related experience in social work or behavioral health is preferred.
• Valid Connecticut driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient services in English and Spanish for clients with a history of problem sexual behavior.
• Collaborate with CTPSB Therapists and program staff to rehabilitate and educate clients.
• Support community reintegration and risk reduction through treatment planning.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance as part of program operations.
