Position Overview

The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. Your role involves supporting the implementation of treatment plans, working with clients and their families to meet in-home therapy goals, and addressing behavioral needs to promote successful functioning at home and in the community.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (Required).

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
  • Salary ranges from $42,000 to $52,000, with an incentive rate of $40/hour over productivity.
  • Fee-for-service rate: $25 to $40/hour.
