Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience preferred.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Formal Education & Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns per Woodforest Experience training.
