Responsibilities

Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and are critical in caring for our customers each day. As a Retail Banker, you will receive training to engage and enhance the customer experience by offering products and services that meet their needs. The knowledge gained will prepare you for advancement and a robust career in banking at Woodforest. Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending beneficial bank products and services.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience, or equivalent college education or volunteer service.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive, engaging, and fluent in English and Spanish.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Status

• Full-time.

Other Details

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• Little to no overnight travel; may cover nearby branches up to 45 miles.
