Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banking professional in North Carolina to drive sales and deliver superior customer service at a Smithfield location. You will process transactions, open accounts, and support branch operations while engaging customers in English and Spanish.

The role emphasizes in-store banking experience, problem-solving, and a team-focused approach within a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Achieving individual sales by identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance.
• Handling branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of ATMs.
• Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
