As a Front Line Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and manage cash operations. Schedules may include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process money transfer transactions and manage cash registers.
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols and company policies.
  • Handle money transfer procedures accurately and compliantly.
  • Reconcile company funds daily and maintain financial integrity.
  • Implement security measures to protect company funds.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and handling financial transactions.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
Additional Information

Location: 2025 West 8th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90057, and occasionally at 5042 Whittier Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90022.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, flexible days within business hours.
Salary: $18.50/hour with potential increases after 30 and 90 days.
