Responsibilities

• Delivers a customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty; processes customer interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during conversations and makes appropriate referrals.
• Performs lobby engagement to position PNC products and educate on digital transaction options.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Ensures teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently.
