Qualifications

• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications and experience may be considered.
• Spanish-speaking ability preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during interactions and referrals to branch staff as appropriate.
• Engage with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products and solutions.
• Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and resources; apply knowledge to solve problems.
